The 2020 Pouilly-Fuissé White is already highly enjoyable, opening with subtle honeyed notes in a style reminiscent of a well-developed Chablis. Its dense, supple texture retains plenty of freshness, creating a structured, generous wine with excellent aging potential. It’s best enjoyed at the table—try it alongside a vol-au-vent or classic pike quenelles.Vinification:
Hand harvested. Fermentation and ageing on fine lees for 8 to 9 months, 70% in stainless steel vats and 30% in oak barrels.Color:
