Wine:

2012 Red Château Latour (90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot and a dash of Petit Verdot) charms with a refined bouquet of black cherry, ripe cassis, gentle spice, blond tobacco and sandalwood. On the palate, the texture is both fine and firm, carried by vibrant freshness, with a long finish that lingers on spice and mineral notes. More elegant than powerful, this vintage is a pure reflection of Latour’s terroir and craftsmanship.
