Wine:

The most recent Ventealapropriete tasting committee was impressed by this 2022 Pins des Dunes wine! A rosé made from a combination of two Cabernets and a small amount of Merlot. In our glasses, in its luminous orange hues, it offers all its finesse, with sweet cherry notes preceding a light, crisp, acidic rosé frame. The perfect aperitif wine, thirst-quenching and fragrant, it will come as a pleasant surprise to many lovers of Provence rosés!

Vinification:

Pressed rosé from Château Puygueraud vines. Aged in stainless steel vats.

Color:

Light orange-copper rosé.

Nose:

Delicate and pure, with lovely aromas of fresh cherry.

Palate:

Light and delicate, its balanced structure offers a thirst-quenching rosé with fine red fruit flavors.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Mediterranean salads, grilled white meat skewers, marinated fish or simply as an aperitif.

From now until 2025
