The 2021 Red Maranges 1er Cru La Fussière offers a delicate nose of rose and bergamot, the prelude to a delicate, nuanced, weightless palate. Rated 92/100 RVF.Vinification:
Harvested by hand. 100% destemmed. Vatting for two weeks with minimum intervention. Aged for 12 months in 350-liter barrels, 15 to 20% of which are new, then 4 to 6 months in vats before bottling.Parcel of 0.41 ha in the village of Dezize-Les-Maranges. Soil: white, stony earth, resting on blue marl. Vines planted in 1986.
