Wine:

From just 0.8 hectares, the 2023 White Burgundy Chardonnay offers a bright, honest expression of ripe fruit and delicate white fruit aromas. Both round and vibrant, with beautifully integrated, welcoming oak, it delivers everything you'd hope for in a top-tier Chardonnay—a charming, complete wine that overdelivers for its appellation.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Aged for 12 months in 350-liter barrels, 15-20% of which are new, and 4-6 months in vats before bottling.
Vines on 0.80 hectares of clay-limestone soil, planted in 1981, 2021, and 2023, organically farmed (not certified).

Bright pale gold with subtle green highlights.

Lovely aromas of white fruits.

Palate:

Fresh and frank with ripe fruity notes, this very appealing wine is round and taut on the palate, with well-integrated oak.

Temperature:

Serve between 10 and 12°C in a large glass.
