Aged with 20% new oak, the wine gains subtle layers of spice and texture, enhancing the body without masking its natural finesse. Hand harvested. Fermented for 15 days with punching down. Aged in barrels, 20% of which are new.Certified organic wine from a Level 3 High Environmental Value (HVE) farm.
