Wine:

Capturing all the finesse of perfectly ripe Pinot Noir, the 2022 Beaune Premier Cru Les Aigrots Red is a superb example of what this level can offer. The nose is strikingly pure, fresh, and aromatic, with delicate raspberry and red berry aromas supported by subtle notes of oak aging—the gentle maturation in barrels that brings nuance without overpowering the fruit. On the palate, it’s dense and vibrant, with intense, juicy fruit flavours, precise texture, and beautifully polished tannins that promise graceful evolution over the next five to ten years. A delicious 2022 vintage—awarded 94/100 and chosen as the Selection Committee’s favourite.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. 100% destemmed grapes, long maceration for 3 to 4 weeks. Aged for 12 to 15 months in barrels, 25% of which are new, then 6 months in vats.

Nose:

Very pure, perfectly ripe Pinot Noir, fresh, fragrant, with pronounced raspberry aromas underscored by delicate wood notes.

Palate:

Dense, with intense, full fruit notes, this wine delivers true Premier Cru quality. It is delicious, very juicy, precise and complemented by well-integrated tannins, making it ideal for aging.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.
