Wine:

Relying on perfectly judged ripeness, the 2023 White Rully Les Cailloux opens with a floral bouquet and striking minerality, lifted by subtle chalky notes. The palate is broad and energetic, with impressive density and texture, beautifully supported by oak aging that’s finely tuned to match its weight. A superb Chardonnay, ideal with freshwater fish or shellfish. For full expression, decant or serve in a large glass to let it breathe. Rated 93/100 by our Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Grapes are purchased from winegrowers selected for their viticultural practices. Fermentation and aging for 9 to 11 months in 228-liter oak barrels, 5% of which are new. Racking and blending in stainless steel vats before bottling. Vinification, aging, and bottling are carried out on the estate by the estate.
