Vinification:

Hand harvested. Clay-limestone and granite terroir. Whole grape infusion vinification, indigenous yeasts. Aged for 30 to 36 months on lees in casks and stainless steel vats. No filtration or fining.

Serve between 14 and 16°C in a large glass.

Since 1997, Muriel and Stéphane Giudicelli have farmed this small 11-hectare vineyard biodynamically, nestled in the Poggio d'Oletta terroirs near Saint-Florent. Their approach favors precision and purity, with wines aged in large oak vessels made by renowned Austrian cooper Stockinger.

These wines speak with finesse and elegance, always marked by a distinctive personality and remarkable ageing potential.
