Solaia is the crown jewel of the Antinori family and a flagship of the global fine wine scene. This 10-hectare wine is perched at 400 meters altitude on a perfectly exposed plot, rooted in a uniquely rich limestone soil.
First produced in 1978, it helped pave the way for the rise of the “Super Tuscans,” alongside icons like Sassicaia and Ornellaia. These wines broke free from traditional appellation rules, drawing inspiration from Bordeaux-style blends. With their depth, texture, and aromatic complexity, they stand shoulder to shoulder with the finest wines of France and the top crus of Napa Valley.
