Miraval - IGP Méditerranée - Studio by Miraval - Rosé - 2024

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Direct pressing of all grape varieties. Vinification of Cinsault and Tibouren grapes in stainless steel vats, then Grenache and Rolle grapes partially in tulip-shaped concrete vats with rounded bottoms, creating a natural convection movement that suspends the lees and is similar to bâtonnage.

The estate has chosen to bottle this wine with a Stelvin screw cap, thus preserving its freshness and preventing any cork taint.

Color:

Pastel rosé, very pale, bright with purple highlights.

Nose:

Fruity notes of red berries and cherry blossom.

Palate:

A rosé with beautiful liveliness and perfectly balanced between mineral freshness and a touch of bitterness. The finish is long, prolonging the flavors of this wine.

Temperature:

Serve between 8 and 10°C.

Food and wine pairing:

Ideal as an aperitif, served with grilled fish.
