The 2018 Red Côtes du Roussillon Villages Latour de France Occultum Lapidem is once again a success. Its intense perfumes of black fruits, garrigue and spices slip into a concentrated, powerful palate that remains fresh and without any harshness. A bottle already ready to drink with grilled or stewed meat, or to keep in the cellar. Rated 91/100 by Parker and 92-94/100 by Jeb Dunnuck, this is a best-seller!

Vinification:

Hand harvested and totally destemmed, maceration for 4 weeks, regular punching of the cap, 50% of the wine matured in concrete vats.

Color:

Bright red of good intensity.

Nose:

Bewitching perfumes of black fruits and garrigue underlined by spicy notes.

Palate:

Fresh and concentrated, this wine of immediate pleasure delivers a supple and powerful palate, with a beautiful substance. A success !

Temperature:

Serve between 16 and 18°C.
