The 2021 White Meursault reveals itself with smoothness and charm, offering generous notes of hazelnut and white fruit flavors. It also delivers a vibrant freshness, leading to a finish that blends subtle salinity with fine, elegant bitterness. A flawless example of a classic village Meursault.Vinification:
Hand harvested from the ‘Les Vireuils du Dessus’ and ‘Les Grands Charrons’ vineyards, with vines averaging 45 years old. Whole grapes are pressed, with a light settling followed by immediate transfer to vats. Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and malolactic fermentation in vats. Aged on lees, known as ‘en réduction’ without racking, with stirring and no added sulphites for 13 months. Bottled in November 2022. Production: 1,544 bottles.Color:

Following in the footsteps of his mentors Marcel Lapierre and Jules Chauvet, he crafts wines under organic practices, balancing technical mastery with pure aesthetics. Each bottle is a true reflection of the great Burgundian terroirs he has explored for more than twenty years.
