Born from vines over 70 years old, planted on a blend of limestone and schist soils, predominantly composed of Grenache Gris, the 2022 White Côtes du Roussillon Altaïr is a seductive wine, highly aromatic and complex. White flowers, juicy fruit, and freshness take center stage, creating a delicate, persistent, and enticing whole with an irresistible charm. Vinification:

Hand harvested, direct pressing followed by very light settling. 40% of the volume is vinified in one-wine demi-muids, and 60% in stainless-steel vats.

Pale yellow.

Fresh with flavors of vine flowers and notes of graphite.

Palate:

This dense, long, fresh wine reveals fine saline flavors and a finish of gray pepper.
