Structured and slender at the same time, the 2020 red Morey-Saint-Denis offers a superb substance, punctuated by fresh and crisp tannins. The sharp and energetic frame composes a rather ideal Morey village, already well registered in its category. Rated 93/100 RVF.Vinification:
Hand harvested, 80% whole grapes, vatting for 17 days with punching of the cap, pressing then settling for 2 weeks before maturing for 14 months in barrels, 40% of which are new, 60% of which are one, two or three wines, followed by 3 months in vats.Color:
